1.Tell us why anyone would want come to your hometown?
To love people like Jesus loves people. To serve, to have compassion, grace, and forgiveness. To put others before myself. To see past any differences and leave a legacy of love for my daughters.

2.What are the (2) most important things in your closet and why?
When I was a little girl I prayed for a man just like my daddy. A man who would protect me, provide for me and our family, a man who would be humble, and love me in spite of my failures. My husband surpassed anything I thought I ever deserved. He has loved me through every phase of life, every high and low. He is the epitome of what a husband should be.

3.What do you love to cook and why?
When I was growing up my entire family got together for thanksgiving. All the extended family- aunts, uncles, cousins, there was TONS of us. We stayed together the whole weekend and I got to hear stories of my family when they were young or grandparents that have passed on. We spent time loving one another and building unshakable bonds. As we’ve all grown up and went out separate ways- life gets in the way and we rarely get to do that anymore. But those family bonds and memories last a lifetime.

4.If you had an extra hour each day, what would you do?
I have always loves being involved and in the middle of anything going on. I think even as a young girl, people would tell you I was bubbly, outgoing, and definitely talkative!

5.Describe the dirtiest job you have ever had to do?
50 acres and a farm house on the river. They say opposites attract and that rings true for my husband and I. While I am out chasing every big and crazy dream I’ve ever had, he has a heart for the simple things. He is content with a quiet life raising our babies in the country. His favorite place on earth is a still river with a fishing pole in his hand. If I could give him the whole world I would, but he’s settle for a boat and church on Sunday.
