1.Tell us why anyone would want come to your hometown?
BEing the change means having the heart and mind to acknowledge when someone is hurting or broken inside, being able to be a doer, not being afraid to stand up for men, women, and children who are crying out for help to survive life's struggles. Every time we place ourselves in the shoes of someone else and are mindful of them, we have the chance to BE the change!

2.What are the (2) most important things in your closet and why?
My husband, E-Jay, has a pure heart. He always sees both sides of a situation. Since he was fifteen years old, E-jay has been known in our community for his love for God, community, and student leadership. In fact, he would lay his life down in a heart beat for someone in danger! He is an honorable man, and protective of his family.

3.What do you love to cook and why?
When I was a young, my cousin Lateefa dreamed big. One day, she told us she wanted to start a drill team. Lateefa got all the girls in the neighborhood together and named us "One too Many." We practiced, shouted, and stepped, as if there were a million people watching. I would revisit that moment, because she challenged my imagination as a kid when I believed that millions of people were watching us.

4.If you had an extra hour each day, what would you do?
If someone didn't know me, they would say I was quiet, reserved, and troubled. For those who knew me, they would say that I was loyal, caring, insightful, and that I always had a desire to want more. Even though it was difficult to see and to know my worth, they could always see me fighting for more.

5.Describe the dirtiest job you have ever had to do?
I would make my husband E-jay's rapper dreams come true! His message reaches so many children, teaching them how to enjoy music with no profane language, promoting violence-free music, and relating real life circumstances to challenging children and adults, so they can ultimately see Jesus in his music.
